Come enjoy a relaxing. meditative, immersive sound experience! Get comfortable on a yoga mat. Close your eyes and let your mind and body relax. Resonate with the harmonizing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. Sound healing has been used since ancient times to help relieve physical and mental aliments. Studies have shown a decrease in heart rate, lower blood pressure, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep and meditations. While all of these positive things are taking place, the body is finally able to reset and recover. Let your body get to a state where it can heal itself. Fully relax into the vibrations as the sounds take you on an inner journey.

Everything you need will be provided (yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye covers, weighted bags). Feel free to bring your own comfort items if you like.
