Resonate with the harmonizing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. Sound healing has been used since ancient times to help relieve physical and mental aliments. Studies have shown a decrease in heart rate, lower blood pressure, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep and meditations. While all of these positive things are taking place, the body is finally able to reset and recover. Let your body get to a state where it can heal itself.
