Join us for a unique and immersive evening designed to help you breathe deeply, reconnect with your body, release tension, and settle into deep restoration. During this 90 minute group session we will

begin with a guided breathwork experience led by certified breathwork facilitator Ciara Mislan. Through an intentionally curated music series, Ciara will guide you through a combination of restorative and active breath patterns, using the breath and music to help you connect more deeply with yourself and your body. Ciara is also a fitness professional, play educator, and DJ/producer. Through breath, sound, and movement, she helps people connect to their bodies and live in their fullest expression.
