About the event
Experience the calming power of sound in this classic group sound bath. As you relax comfortably, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments will create a peaceful space for rest and renewal.
This session is designed to help quiet the mind, ease tension, and support deep relaxation. Whether you're new to sound baths or have attended many before, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored.
No experience is necessary—simply come as you are and allow yourself time to relax, replenish, and receive.
Everything you need will be provided (yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye covers, weighted bags). Feel free to bring your own comfort items if you like.
